Hello everyone! People say you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. Well, this week, I'm going to be opening up and show you another basket! (Not sure if that metaphor came off right or not, but hopefully you caught my drift! It's also a bit of a cheeky pun, which you'll understand once you read to the bottom...) So, instead of writing a blog post this week, as such, I've decided to show you one. Confused yet? Not to worry, all will be revealed shortly... Another passion of mine, besides art, illustration, physics and reading, is baking! Now, I'm certainly not going to be a contestant on Bake Off any time soon (Rest in Peace, the Bake Off we all knew and loved) but I do love a good bake, and more importantly, I do oh-so love a good cake! This time of year, one of my other favourite things is a Chai Latte. Now, for those of you who don't know what the miracle of a chai latte entails, let me enlighten you..(You'll thank me later, trust me.) It's pretty much the taste of cosiness and festivity in a drink, it's cinnamon-y, nutmeg-y, creamy and delicious. If you're not a fan of milky beverages, then you can also be bless with a chai tea - all the same delicious-ness, just without the milk. Anyway, I decided I would combine two of my all time Autumn faves and bake some Chai Latte cupcakes. And instead of a boring recipe list and a monotone step-by-step instruction manual, I decided to make a video showing you the steps instead! (Sometimes in slow-mo... Things just look cooler in slow-mo) So, without any more nattering, here you go:

Enjoy! And if anyone reading this happens to make any, please be sure to tweet or send me pictures on any of my social media - I would love to see them! Catch you next time, Rachel x
